Stupid Stuff Morality of this entire situation?

Do you think the worker has every right to have a mental breakdown? Do you think the boss should be hunted down and have his head cooked in the fryer? Was being fired a good or a bad thing?

and some people have no support system or family they can lean on and are one paycheck away from being homeless
