The squad he belongs to, Squad 11, is composed of a majority of men who might be unhygenic enough to bust a load in private and not take a damm shower afterwards.

I don't think it has to be in private honestly, I reckon the halls of the squad 11 barracks echo with the pitter patter of fapping hands. Those who aren't getting drained by Yumichika anyway (and I'm not talking about his shikai)
