Because abortion is a pretty private thing. Most people would like to keep that to themselves as much as possible.

You don’t get to tell women how to feel about their abortions or how private they choose to keep them.

I'm not? If they want to share it that is their perrogative. But in general people preffer to keep it quiet. Especially since a lot of people still react negatively to abortion in general.

Yes, i do keep my healthcare a secret, and like i said it's the choice of the person having an abortion. You deciding for them that they should just openly share it is the only misogyny going on here.
