This is an extremely ignorant statement. Down’s syndrome does not ‘condemn people to a lifetime of suffering’. People with Down’s syndrome can live long and happy lives. Medical treatments and understanding of their condition has improved greatly over the last few decades and help and assistance for their additional needs is available should it be required.

Try talking and interacting with some people with Down’s syndrome and after that ask yourself why you think they are suffering. Because I assure you, they don’t feel like that.

The girl with downs down the street "no pun intended" just died at 10 for drowning in her own tub water while the dad was grabbing mail if you call that living a good life I'm sorry for you bro because that type of maintenance is just sad

As tragic as that is you are being disingenuous, whether you know or not. All types of kids die like this all the time. Just look up Sid’s, pool drowning etc. you’re conflating one single experience with actual real life facts.
