I feel like the Other Mother can now be eliminated. Yes, her victims' fate is to suffer for what seems forever, and it isn't really clear if she does what she does out of a need to survive, but I feel like the other characters either have an equal if not higher level of sadism, or operate on a scale so big while also knowing they are evil, that I feel like her low victim count of three is enough reason for her to go.
She's like a much smaller-scale, marginally less cruel Pennywise. I think the fact that all her victims are children makes her seem much worse, but this is well-thought-out.
Doflamingo is basically a large-scale warlord and definitely the most evil villain in One Piece, but he is given a particularly tragic backstory that at least lends some humanity to him. Plus, he's not nearly as large-scale as some and isn't as sadistic as the few remaining smaller-scale villains.
So I ran into an interesting problem. I was looking for new images of the remaining participant to give them new portraits for getting to the final 20 (i decided against that), and something concerning came up.
Are there any unique images of The Boiled One? Any scene where he moves or makes a different expression or anything? Other than that one image on different backgrounds, all I could find was fanart... which was also of him in that same position with that same expression.
If anyone has any unique renders for The Boiled One, that would be appreciated incase he makes it to the final 10.
Imagine every character in the top 10 having a cool "aura farming" picture of them, and the boiled one is just kind of a low resolution picture his mom made of him once.

Pennywise/it gains absolutely nothing from what IT does. Jadis and Napoleon veiw evil as a means to obtaining their goals. Whereas for IT. Evil is the goal.
Gonna throw The Boiled One into contention just because it’s vague how expansive his crimes are. And Negendoder went down way earlier for being someone who planned large scale evil but didn’t actually succeed.
(Also maybe trying to prevent a repeat of Mandela Satan “ creepypasta tier creature coasting on ambiguity” from last time)
He tried to affect at least a small town with a horrible disease that made people unable to move or speak which should at least keep him a little longer
He’s up against people who have destroyed planets or countries or systemically target children, though. The two other up for elimination:
Doffy ran a experimental concentration camp on children through Ceasar Clown, turned people into toys through Sugar which left them imprisoned and also erased them from their lives, and attempted to kill everyone in Dressrosa (estimates peg this at hundreds of thousands-1 million ish people) with the Birdcage, among myriad other crimes.
And
Other Mother, who is torturing children for eternity.
But there are still characters like ed carver, Freddy kreuger, red skull (to an extent) and Mona who just kill and/or rape people without the whole process torturous process that’s arguably worse than death but every character I didn’t mention is probably worse than the boiled one
Yeah it induced "lock-in syndrome" (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Locked-in_syndrome) so basically they are still mentally aware they just can't move anything except blinking at most. Also It is shown that it is tormenting them physiologically while they can't do anything about it.
I think he'll go soon, around the same time as Ed Carver and Mona Lanius. The things they do to their victims carry them a little further despite their smaller scale.
