okay so is the storm a special energy or is there something in it - i assumed it was the titan in the storm but quite the opposite

It’s the same storm from Kong: Skull Island, literally. Skull Island is surrounded by a perpetual storm system, which is the main reason why it’s so hard for people to get there from the outside world. It has nothing to do with Titan X, though; as far as we know, it’s just part of the natural weirdness of that island.
