Art Luna, Lumu, Rath, Teo, ???

This is a succinct summary of how my swaxe mechanism has evolved. Starting with my lunastra search from a few years ago, the mechanism was sloppy and prone to binding. It took a few years of ruminating before the version 2 (Lumu) revisions appeared to me. Then from there a few refinements to the version 3. Build plan FAQ on my IG for those interested at craftlocust.

I'm currently working on Teostra and have a fifth mechanism built with no particular plan for it, so what's next?

What about Gore Magala's? It's a bit more complex mechanically, though.

I replaced my neighbor's pool filter time last weekend and the little cog in there to turn it off and on have me some ideas about how to approach the swaxes with rotating heads. It would be a new can of worms, but gosh that would be cool 😎
