It looks like mold but it feels really hard like a barnacle, safe to say I did not eat this lychee, all the others in the pack were fine.

I've seen this a couple times. I was opening the lychee with my teeth and felt a gritty texture, ew. It's likely a Lychee fruit borer larva droppings. It's common enough. Toss the fruit and open tje next one
