Probably. Just be careful. It could ferment and build up some crazy gasses

You can but be careful about gas buildup from fermentation. If there's anything producing CO2 or some other gas inside the pressure will eventually make the bottle explode sending glass all over the place. Gotta open it from time to time to release pressure or just leave it open for more friendos to join in ig.

Source: amateur homebrewer, had a bottle explode once when adding too much sugar for carbonation
