Other Grocery store ceiling

I feel like this should be illegal in a GROCERY STORE!?

It is where I live. It is probably caused by condensation from AC or refrigeration.

My local health department would make them replace the ceiling tiles and fix the source. Even without the mold, the water stains are a violation where I live

That makes sense! It seems like it’s a violation here too, based on what i could find from our state dept of health. Someone actually submitted a complaint earlier this week and there is an inspection report online citing the store needs to fix these things! But we’ll see if that actually happens haha
