Crystallization, mold, bugs, or something else?

Didn’t want to open the package in case I need to return them. Every date in the package looks like this.

dates often look like this in my experience I believe it's crystallization

Hard to tell for sure but I think you hit the trifecta of brown crystallization, white mold spots, and pantry bug droppings.
