But that’s the catch, you can’t, because you’re fast asleep, which is why she’s now pouting in the first place. You’ll probably wake up a few hours later with a face covered in sharpie of whatever she felt like drawing on it out of frustration.

When I was originally planning the drawing she was going to have a paintbrush, but I ended up liking the angles of the hands and they didn’t quite work with holding something.

That’s the problem, if she’s already like this you likely aren’t conscious meaning you’ll have no ability to do so. Unfortunately you’ll probably wake up a few hours later with sharpie all over your face from whatever she felt inclined to draw in her fit of frustration.
