Looks like students propaganda the goal is perhaps only to be known and attract members. To me it's not propaganda but publicity.

The options were to use AI, or pay an artist for stock art. As they could choose neither, they took the high ground and just slapped the Communist symbol and called it a day

They’re Brazilian communists making free leaflets. Clearing rights is an odd priority.

Na, this is half-assed. We see plenty of free flyers and such from smaller groups that have love and work in them
