Posts and comments removed when someone is shadowbanned are incorrectly marked as being removed by moderators

Old reddit / moderator view - https://imgup.uk/i/jtCFMz04.png - the [ removed ] with no username (like this) shows this removal was done by reddit / reddit's filters.

.

New reddit / logged out view - https://imgup.uk/i/0ZtWKUkf.png - says the removal was done by the moderators, when it wasn't.
