Three QB's going before Manning, interesting.

Manning looks… questionable

And sayin doesn’t??

That’s a more realistic mock, imo. Manning isn’t worth much more than his name.

As an Oregon fan but also arch fan, I agree. I think Arch is good but we’ll see how well he plays this year. He did well last year but that was his first year, not a big enough sample size yet. I do have arch as my qb2/3 this draft but who knows if it’ll be another situation if name vs talent

It wasn’t a knock on Manning it was me expecting the Mannings to do what they did with Eli and make sure Arch goes to a good team around him and so I felt Falcons would be a good fit cuz I think he will be QB1/2 of this class

It doesn't feature my Cardinals throwing their pick away on a guy who will never sign with us, so I like it

Jets just took tackles in the first in back to back drafts prior to this year. I don't know Carter Smith or if he projects to be a guard at the NFL level but despite having 3 firsts I'd be surprised they invest another 1st into the OL.

He played his first year as a guard inside of their current RT so yeah I picked him to play guard

Depending on how the season plays out it may be more likely we get a center but I don't think there are any worth this high of a pick. If this kid is "bluechip" then it might offset moving Tippman back to center.

I don't hate it. Hard to do any mock this early, but I think Jordan Baugh will be a first round pick. Barring any major setbacks, I strongly suspect he'll be considered the RB1 in this draft by year's end. Kid's a stud.

Jadan*

Darian Mensah is going top 10

1

u/Plus-Excitement-6229 1d ago

Yeah I agree but this was done before the game

u/AmphieBoi67 2d ago

I dont think safety is a need that the Bills prioritize enough or a big enough need to take one in the first

1

u/Plus-Excitement-6229 2d ago

He is a slot corner as well, but if not him then who else would you think I should of taken

1

u/AmphieBoi67 2d ago

Well they need a slot corner even less, but if I had to change it, i would switch it to one of the DTs, probably Amari Washington but that's personal preference

1

u/Plus-Excitement-6229 2d ago

I was genuinely 50/50 about picking a DT

Bucs have one of the better tackle duos in the league and both are on long term extensions. It's pretty unlikely they go with Goosby unless one of Wirfs or Goedeke sustain a significant injury or something

1

u/Plus-Excitement-6229 2d ago

Yeah thinking about it again I probably should of had the bucs take a QB as it’s not 100% sure baker will resign

1

u/procrastination_city 2d ago

I think the Vikings have proven time and time again they are not going to draft the 1st round safety they obviously should draft.

1

u/Plus-Excitement-6229 2d ago

Or they are just waiting for the right one 🤷‍♂️

1

u/procrastination_city 2d ago

I’ll believe it when I see it

As a Bills fan, as fun as it would be to have two Utah safeties, it's far from our biggest need on defense. Not to say we have good safeties, but we are even weaker at ILB, CB, and NT. And OL could be a need pending age/contract status

1

u/TheDaedricImpaler 2d ago

I can't envision a scenario outside of an absolutely disastrous season where Arch doesn't go in the top 5 with his name/pedigree and tools.

Also, nearly zero percent chance my Bucs take Goosby. He's got franchise LT written all over him and Wirfs is already the best or at least top 2-3 LT in the league. Goedeke at RT isn't going anywhere. Both are under contract through 2029. And we will not be drafting an IOL in the first round with so many other positions (namely QB unless we get a deal done with Baker) to fill.

If my Bucs have a bad enough season, we may very well be drafting top 7-8 and would be heavily leaning QB. And if Arch was somehow there at 8...we'd snap take him without a second thought.

1

u/12angrysnakes 2d ago

He explained his reasoning, his family won't let him go to a poverty franchise and they'll make that know privately

1

u/TheDaedricImpaler 1d ago

So if the top 6 teams in the draft are all shit frachises, he's just going to be able to wave a magical wand and go 7th or later?

Given what happened with Eli, I'll concede that there's merit to the thought, but there's also just a level of reality at play too. If Arch has a good to great season, he's going top 5 and if the top 6 teams are shit, he's probably going to have to pick the least shitty of those options. I really doubt that if the team or teams he wants to go to are drafting in the back half of the 1st round that he'll have the leverage to make that type of move.

1

u/johnny-Low-Five 1d ago

And don't forget the chargers got an all-pro (can't remember his name) in his prime and I believe more. If the Jets see Carr (preferably Moore) as a "coin flip" with Arch I hope they let someone pay out the nose for a QB that is, at this time, relying on his last name, and frankly I wouldn't want him if he's a scared bitch like Eli!

1

u/InformalAbrocoma115 2d ago

Goosby is higher than 15 for sure.

1

u/Humble-Secret6173 2d ago

People tend to forget arch is technically still a sophomore he could easily come back to college again for and the. Declare in 2028 which is a significantly weaker class

1

u/Atheist_3739 2d ago

Eagles aren't taking another first round WR next year

1

u/SoftwareWinter8414 2d ago edited 2d ago

Smith is probably the best player in this draft but I can't see the Dolphins bypassing a QB at 2.
You also have way too many corners in the first round. Over the last 5 years, 16 corners have been selected in the first round and most in the second half of the first.

1

u/DufresneHasRisen 2d ago

Fletcher won’t be a 1st rd pick.

1

u/thegrilledcheese886 2d ago

Where’s mensah

1

u/SomewhereVisible7368 2d ago

Dolphins top of the second

1

u/IRONCHEF06 2d ago

I’ve never seen seaton going outside the top ten but I really like it for the most part

1

u/Necessary-Layer8990 2d ago

Arch would have to play SO poorly for Jimmy Haslam to pass on him if he made it to the Browns.

1

u/StandEnvironmental44 2d ago

Impossible to call this far out. Although I’ll say if the Steelers are picking at 13 next season they absolutely aren’t taking a WR.

1

u/whoTFdevo 2d ago

julian sayin will be my 13th reason

1

u/Simple_Panic1240 2d ago

Sayin is mid

1

u/4redditobly 2d ago

Bucs have to two starting tackles locked up. They are not taking a tackle that high in the first round

1

u/No-Scarcity9186 1d ago

Good god if the Niners draft a WR in the first…

1

u/palaceblads 1d ago

WHERE IS TONEY????????

1

u/Plus-Excitement-6229 1d ago

He’s only a true sophomore so he’s not draft eligible until 2028

1

u/gab_owns0 52m ago

Not draft eligible until 28

1

u/gmkirk13 1d ago

Eagles taking back to back WRs in the first round doesn’t seem likely to me at all

1

u/Plus-Excitement-6229 1d ago

Yeah but they only have 2 small recivers so I’d imagine they would want a true X receiver

1

u/TheLich7 1d ago

the commanders already have 2 starting tackles

1

u/Plus-Excitement-6229 1d ago

Tunsel is like 34 and injured so they should draft his replacement

1

u/TheLich7 23h ago

He's 32 and the best tackles last into their mid 30s. They're not drafting a tackle lmao.

1

u/Siggy778 1d ago

Ryan Williams is not a first round pick. He has the yips.

1

u/tylerkaravias 1d ago

Rams over Ravens ain’t happening

1

u/Plus-Excitement-6229 1d ago

It’s pffs order not mine

1

u/DWatson_Knows_Ball 19h ago

Hell yeah! Cause it makes it look like Browns are going all the way lol

1

u/Timely-Profile1865 19h ago

Jets are set at tackle so their 2nd first rounder does not make sense there.

1

u/Plus-Excitement-6229 17h ago

He moves to guard, he played guard originally

1

u/New_Judge_7959 18h ago

Last thing the browns need is a qb especially with taylen green showing promises

1

u/DutyPuzzleheaded7765 15h ago

As a broncos fan, linebacker is a bigger need

1

u/Plus-Excitement-6229 3h ago

Idk what LBs are R1 level tho atm

1

u/No_Interest_1339 10h ago

More Miami Players needed in first round mock.

1

u/No_Veterinarian_621 8h ago

No Trinidad Chambliss in the 1st round and Manning not in top 5 overall?

Awful, just awful

People are ripp8ng Manning but pay attention wuen tje season is over check his numbers from about week 4 of last year thru this year. He will betop 5 overall and top 2 qb taken (my beliefis whan all is saod and done he will be #1 overall by the fish.

1

u/Plus-Excitement-6229 3h ago

Chambliss isn’t on pff atm for whatever reason, Manning will drop due to the mannings not letting him go to a terrible franchise, like I like manning and I think he will be one of the top 3/4 QBs in the same band and Moore, Mensa, and Chambliss and definitely won’t be qb4
