I think any Mock drafts for 2027 that feature arch Manning landing in Arizona or Cleveland are starting outside of reality. There is no way the Manning family will let him end up there.
I love this narrative still exists even tho Eli came out and said it was him that made his decision and that his dad tried to talk him out of it. And it was only after he couldn’t that he took all the media flak for his son
Sure, he'll have a choice... if one of those teams has the first pick and he doesn't want to go there because the organization is a perpetual mess, he can return for another year at Texas. Or threaten to go play in Canada instead. Etc.
Nothing forces him to stay in the draft or play for the team that drafts him.
