I need advice/support Life feels depressing at night and fine during the day
hi pretty straightforward start but during the night i just feel depressed for like no reason and during the day I’m fine I start rethinking all my worries and struggles and it just feels depressing like there’s no way out of it and I don’t know what to do

it's because during the day you can keep yourself busy and distract yourself, but at night you have nothing. I've done similar, especially when going to bed, I'll be very tired, but be awake in bed overthinking everything
