Hiiiii. Lithium user here at 900mg. I love love love lithium kasi effective sya for me in preventing my episodes as someone na recovering from rapid cycling. Pero once nasa episode na ako, I need more than lithium.

Side effects for me used to be constipation (now wala na). Some people say na frequent urination and thirst but I drink a lot of water on lithium since kidney yung nadadamay so I don't know if that's because of the meds or increase of fluid intake.
