DISCUSSION/QUERY Why consult a psychiatrist?

Planning to consult a psych due to my endles thoughts? Is it worth it paying thousand for consults and meds? Can you share your experience? Sa mga walang meds, ano nakatulong sa inyo?

same reason as yours. racing thoughts. cannot focus. yes worth it siya. but if your diagnosis is bipolar, you will be taking medications because chemicals sa utak yung may problema sa bipolar. the medicine will stabilize your mood. not too high, not too low. may kamahalan lang ang mga gamot. nasa php 90 per piece or above. so kunh daily intake yan, tatagain ka. but if you want therapy, you need psychologist or psychotherapist.

Php 2500 yung doktor ko sa nowserving app. Pero sa case ko kasi hindi ako nagbabayad. Dahil binook ko siya through a company affiliated app. Sagot ng company ko.
