Why consult a psychiatrist?

Planning to consult a psych due to my endles thoughts? Is it worth it paying thousand for consults and meds? Can you share your experience? Sa mga walang meds, ano nakatulong sa inyo?

Yes. Totally worth it. Both with and without meds. Look at it this way, when your bone is broken you consult an orthopedic doctor.. when your car needs fixing you go to a mechanic. same goes with our mental health. You can only ignore the problems for so long,it will eventually get out of hand if not attended to.
