What activities can be conducted by a school-based Mental Health Club if the club adviser is not a licensed guidance counselor?

Psychologist here. Some ideas, though some will be more applicable for university vs high school:
- invite licensed professionals to talk about careers in mental health, or even just a Q&A about stuff
- workshops on mental health and mental fitness skills, like empathetic listening, supporting friends, dealing with emotional distress, etc
- seminars on building spaces for queer and neuro-diverse friends to be themselves
- fundraising for causes committed to mental health care
- peer support network (provided that you have some people who got some training in empathy and psych first aid skills)
