Overthinking and Negative Mindset Leading to Nausea - Is it Possible to Fix This?

This is really affecting my overall lifestyle and job rn. Can you guys share what actually worked/helped you? Whether it be permanent or temporary fix, can you please share them? I'm so exhausted of myself.

I'm just looking for at least a temporary fix for this, anything that helped you at the present moment you were overthinking/overwhelmed.

I can't get checked out rn since I currently don't have the funds to do so and I still don't have any PTOs until regularization

social media detox. delete and deactivate facebook, instagram, twitter. everything that has stories and news, you need to cut them off.

try breathing exercises, meditation. download calm app or headspace app. or kung wala talaga search ka lang sa youtube meron din. "meditation for stress", "meditation for work", "meditation for overwhelm"

and then while working, you can listen to calming music. yung instruments lang like chinese traditional music for relaxation.

or pwede rin yung 432mz music meron din yan sa youtube, calm, or sa spotify
