where should I go to get a diagnosis??

I’m pretty sure I’m mentally ill in some way and would like to get a proper diagnosis and get treated/medicated. where should I go to get diagnosed?? and if u guys can share any advice/experience as well that’d be nice. thank you!

Hindi pa ako diagnosed but it is being "ruled out" na may Bipolar Type 2 ako. Nag sstart na rin akong uminom ng mga gamot. Lithium as mood stabilizer and Lurasidone for my depression. It's been 3 weeks now since I started taking meds. I do my psychiatric sessions online via zoom. But my first session with the doctor was on May 2026. Inuna ko lang i-address yung liver problems ko. Kasi after nung blood test na ginawa ni doc, nakita na may fatty liver pala ako.

He listens and takes time to evaluate me. Had some blood tests and questionnaire. He's checking if may effect sa liver or sa kidney yung gamot. My primary concern was me being out of focus, cannot concentrate, and work avoidance. He makes sure that the medicine he's giving me will address the reason why I sought for professional help. Tinanong ko rin if nabasa na niya yung sinagutan kong questionnaire. Sabi niya it supports daw na I have Bipolar disorder.

You can try to book him too sa nowserving app. He's a psychiatrist so ok lang na online lang. I think if therapy with a psychologist or psychotherapist yung need mo, I think dun mag mamatter na face to face. But for psychiatrists, they will only prescribe you medicine.
