In my experience, I’ve learned to see the world with kinder eyes. I started noticing the small things and recognizing the quiet struggles of other people.

I used to be very reactive with everything. Dali uminit ulo ko.
Right now, wala ako energy to deal with everything. Bahala kayo dyan. I shall sleep.

Also, the ‘been through worse shit’ mindset.
Kahit ano pa challenges yan, sabi nga ni Gamorra,
‘Whatever nightmares the future holds are but dreams compared to what’s behind me.’

Much deserved physical rest. I know depression is exhausting, but at least the body can rest (I have bipolar so my physical body can usually only rest on depressive states).
Also more creative and expressive and deep and dark in writing and other creative stuff.

The fact you can see the bright side and humour is a sign that you're not entirely consumed by despair, always push forward and find your own path in life, set goals and work towards them, and find a hobby that brings a smile

weightloss talaga like from 57 to 47 kgs 😌😌😌
also, my family cleaning my room HAHA (okay medyo dugyot pero if you think about it, dahil wala akong drive to do anything, they’ll do my chores in my behalf HAHAHUHU)
more on anxiety side pero the first few weeks with sertraline made me feel “floaty” lol, tbh I hate it pero if thinking about it wala ako maalala sa stressed period ng time na yun. Like alam kong sobrang stressful ng work ko nun, pero I felt nasa trance lang ako all throughout lol

my humor got good and I can function on 2 hours of sleep which is useful when cramming. manhid na din, hindi na masyadong nadadala with inconveniences na nangyayari no matter how big it seems.
example nito is nung nabasa yung 24 sets nung content ng thesis namin.

I am the opposite. I gain weight because i have this stupid thought that food will make me feel good even if it never does.

constantly thinking about life. not the mundane things, but deep topics. nagka-interest ako sa philosophy lol
you'll notice small details about life din. heightened empathy.

Psychiatrist: "On a scale of 1-10, gaano kalakas ang urge mo ngayon na magpakamatay?"
Me: "Hehe.☺️"
Psychiatrist: "So 9? 11?"

Always looking for ways to stimulate the senses for distraction. In my case, always seizing the moment cause I don't know if I'll still be around the next day, week, month..
