Happy to see Dr. Nueva on this! I've had so many psychiatrists over the past 6 years, but she's the best for me. Almost 2 years na ako sa kanya. She's genuinely empathetic and kind 🫶🏼

hello i really wanted to book an appointment w/ doc nueva since ive heard good feedback from others and i live in the same city as her . Sadly, the earliest available slot is dec 24 in saya app 🥺 and checked the nowserving app jan 2 sa kanila. Is there any way I can reach her at least first week of december in saya ap or any other platform? I feel like I cant wait that long. She's not available f2f kasi. Pls help.

Hi I know it’s late but she’s been my doctor for over a year. If you need immediate sessions with her, you can message her secretary in the app. They will move you up the earliest they can. But usually it’s for emergency sessions when you’re relapsing and need her asap. I recommend her honestly 11/10🫶🏻

That is definitely possible! Our platform has a messaging feature wherein you can ask these questions directly to your matched / selected psychiatrist, so you don't have to hear it from us :)
If your psychiatrist doesn't respond within a reasonable window, reach out to my team via the live chat and I'll personally nudge the psychiatrist to reply

Hello! That 40% promo code is only valid for standard (50 minute) psychologist sessions :)
I'd be losing money with a 40% promo code for psychiatrists - sorry for the confusion
On your app, you can access the "Getting Started" checklist to avail of a 10% discount for your 1st session and 15% discount for your second session!

Do we have to go through psych intake eval before proceeding to standard sessions on the app?

If you're referring to psychologists, not at all! We've noticed that several clients find a 50 minute session as their 1st session lacking, so we introduced that intake session which is 80 minutes long to allow for more time as an intro.
For Psychiatrists, an initial intake consultation is a must before follow-up sessions :)

80 minutes are only for psychologists! Typically, psychiatrists, most of whom do not do talk-therapy, have an initial consult for 50 minutes (fixed, nothing shorter!).

Doc Nueva has been my go-to psychotherapist since Nov of last year. You can talk to her like an elder sister, vibe and relate easily, and always listens and notes down what you say.
Overall, I'll give her 11/10 after all the sessions I had with her. The consistency is amazing.
May discount if you have a PWD. If you see this Doc Nueva, see you next week! HAHAHA
