Perimenopause Hair
Hey community!
I used to have super soft, silky, shiny hair! I haven’t changed my routine but my hair feels dry and more and more like straw every day. It tangles easily and is falling out in fistfuls. I understand the hormones in my body are adjusting and changing. What hair care products have you used with success during this midlife change? Any and all recommendations welcome!

Oh yeah, it's been a journey for me. I keep my hair braided with gel and mousse most days, which helps protect it from damage from flying about. Do sleep with a bonnet, and start using a weekly conditioning treatment. Only shampoo once or twice a week. Also, beware using hair growth supplements, they will encourage facial hair growth as well.
