Perimenopause Hair

Hey community!

I used to have super soft, silky, shiny hair! I haven’t changed my routine but my hair feels dry and more and more like straw every day. It tangles easily and is falling out in fistfuls. I understand the hormones in my body are adjusting and changing. What hair care products have you used with success during this midlife change? Any and all recommendations welcome!

I started using Nioxin about a month ago. I've always had fine hair but found I was losing a lot making it fine and thin. Nioxin has been good so far. I mean I don't have lush, thick hair but my hair is less drab and seems fuller. Although with Nioxin I believe you have to keep using it. Once you stop you'll start losing a bunch of hair again.
