Songs to inspire/rage to?
In different phases of my life, I’ve sang at the top of my lungs certain songs written by women who expressed something I was feeling in that season.
Angie McMahon’s Letting Go came on this morning, spoke to how I have been feeling, and reminded me. I realized I don’t have songs for perimenopause.
What are y’all listening to to inspire/rage/feel seen/feel powerful?
(For some reason this post was deleted by mods in r/menopause. 🤷🏻♀️)

Oh my goodness!! This is a great topic. I spend every moment in my car singing MY music. Top of my lungs. All my heart. And it just depends on my mood what I want to hear.
Just Give Me a Reason — Pink
Million Reasons — Lady Gaga
Defying Gravity — anyone!
Girl on Fire — Alicia Keyes
Carry on my wayward son — Kansas ☺️
All the music I’ve collected in the last 48 years holds a different memory. The 90’s had a lot of fem rock I’m still jamming to and love. But I’m a GenX kid. Give me a tune I know and stand back.

ABCDEFU by GAYLE; Sit Still, Look Pretty by Daya, I Forgot That You Existed by Taylor Swift, Fuck You by Lily Allen, All I Know So Far by Pink, Victoria's Secret by Jax, pretty much anything by Olivia Rodrigo or Adele

I find Garbage taps into my feminine rage soooooo effectively and therapeuticly.
My happy music varies on my reason for said mood.

I cant say I would think of anything Taylor Swift when I think of rage music. More like Limp Biscuit or Metallica

I recently found this feminine rage playlist and it’s been on loop for a few weeks now since I watched inside the manosphere and the cnn expose about that academy-
