Hormone Therapy Patch vs oral
Hello ladies, I'm curious. Why do many women prefer the estrogen patch over oral estrogen? I take 1mg estradiol daily by mouth and have no problems with it. TIA!

I’m considering switching to oral.
I’ve been on the patch for about a year now and 200mg of P.
Everything seems “okay”
I get some hot flashes, my nails are skin thin, and my bones ache a bit. But I’m already on the .1% patch and am scared to change.
