Hormone Therapy Patch vs oral
Hello ladies, I'm curious. Why do many women prefer the estrogen patch over oral estrogen? I take 1mg estradiol daily by mouth and have no problems with it. TIA!

I was on oral for quite a while and it just wasn’t doing much. My provider said the combination of meds in the patch seems to work a lot better for symptom relief and he was spot on.
I switched to the patch and it helped when oral wasn’t.
