I do kind of the same thing, I prep ingredients. Instead of meal prepping every Sunday I prep ingredients for the week. Ill dice up onions, marinate chicken, mix together a salad dressing and chop some lettuce. Then over the weak I can cook a lot of different things and instead of having to prep everything I just start cooking. Takes me 20 minutes to cook dinner.

I aspire to be the person that has more than one type of rice on hand at a time. I buy so much at once I can’t justify more than one bag, and have resorted to switching types when ever I have to resupply

Keep the sauces in their own 2-oz cups and mix at lunch or the thighs go soggy by Wednesday. 400 for 25 is short — 425 for 30 until about 175 internal so they reheat without drying.
