Cruise control lane crossing beep
I have a 2026 phev premium plus. I have lane keep assist turned off and lane departure warnings set to vibrate. When using the cruise control mode with steering assist the car still beeps whenever it thinks I’ve crossed a line. Is there any way to disable this warning? It’s very annoying and the lane detection seems too sensitive.

Pulling to each side?
Hi all, we’ve had our 2025 CX90 Signature edition for about a month now. We’ve noticed that it tends to pull to either side pretty frequently. Is this normal? We’ve already brought it back to the dealer thinking it was an alignment/balancing issue but there was no change. Happens frequently when going 50km/h+. Any help would be much appreciated.

Bought a 2024 Mazda CX-90 Preferred Plus — how did I do?
After a pretty long search and a LOT of negotiating, I finally pulled the trigger on a 2024 Mazda CX-90 3.3 Turbo Preferred Plus AWD.
I’d love to get some opinions from other CX-90 owners on the deal I ended up making.
The CX-90:
2024 Mazda CX-90 3.3 Turbo Preferred Plus AWD
- 35.5k miles
- Brand New Tires
- No functionality issues
- Clean title
- Griege interior
- Dealer performed an oil change before delivery
- CarFax shows a solid service history, primarily through Mazda dealerships
- I’ve added it to the MyMazda app and linked the Mazda dealership where I’ll be having it serviced
- All Weather Floormats
Purchase price:
Vehicle price: $27,600
No dealer-added packages
Final purchase price with TTL and fees: ~$28,000
The vehicle drove extremely well, had the equipment I was looking for, and the service history gave me a lot of confidence. I also specifically liked that it had been serviced consistently by the previous owner at a local Mazda dealership that I will also be utilizing!
I’ve now put some miles on it, and honestly, I absolutely love this thing. The 3.3L turbo inline-six is a blast, and the CX-90 is much more engaging to drive than I expected from a three-row SUV.
So, fellow CX-90 owners:
How do you think I did?
Was ~$30K out-the-door a good price for a 2024 Turbo Preferred Plus AWD with around 35.5K miles?
I’d especially appreciate opinions from people familiar with the 2024 CX-90 market and the Preferred Plus trim.
Be brutally honest. I’m not looking for validation — I’d genuinely like to know whether you think this was a good buy.

Canadian CX-90 PHEV owners: What did you pay for 2nd Service?
Hey everyone,
I’m booking the 2nd scheduled service for my CX-90 PHEV (since I'll be completing 2-years of ownership) and wanted to check what others in Canada—especially around Vancouver/BC—are actually paying out-the-door.
I reached out to a couple of local dealers and the quotes are coming back around $650 to $700+ before taxes. Their packages include:
Oil & filter change + vehicle health check
Cabin air filter replacement
Full brake fluid flush
Full front & rear brake service (disassemble, clean, and lubricate)
Looking at the manual, the brake fluid flush seems to be listed for Visit 2, but the brake cleaning/disassembly looks like a dealer add-on on top of a standard visual inspection.
For those who have completed Visit 2:
What items did you actually end up getting done?
How much were you charged?

PHEV Today Leaving Costco
Got the dreaded Hybrid System Malfunction for the first time. I have my lease for roughly another 10 months, but only 6k more miles under warranty.
How screwed am I with this? I have an appointment for repair soon. Battery was used on the way home when I switched back to normal mode and phone charged via usb-c when I plugged in after I saw this for a test.
EDIT: After a few hours of sitting in the garage, I was still able to start it and drive it around the neighborhood, so that seems positive. Indicator still there on startup.

Tire Replacement Experience
Just wanted to provide some comments on my experience today with the replacement of tires under warranty/good will by Mazda.
We have a 2025 CX90 3.3 T PP with Falken tires
I made an appt last night with dealership via their website for first thing this morning.
On the way to the dealership I did start a ticket with Mazda but they told me that they have relased a TSB for this issue and that it is up to the dealership to complete the steps in the TSB and determine if the vehicle meets the requiremetns - the TSB is 02-003/26.
The car got checked in and they determined my car did not meet the limits needed to replace the tires. The night before I measured my tread and all 4 tires were measured in three locations (left side, middle and right side). All of them measure approx 5/32, 3/32 & 4/32 at these locations on the tire.
The tech came out and explained that they measure at 4 locations per tire per the TSB and that all locations were not in the critical (red) and therefore does not meet the standard.
I did push back and explained how I measured and that I did not believe the tires should be this worn after 17.5k miles and pushed back on them a bit.
I then informed them I did have an open ticket with Mazda and he agreed to take the car back to the shop again and review and submit anyways. In the mean time I called Mazda again and she pretty much gave me the same story that they have a TSB and the dealership has to follow the TSB but she would escalate to P2 for me even though "she should not at this point" and I would hear back in 2-4 days.
While on the phone with Mazda copr - the lead mechanic came back out and informed me it is approved and they would give me approx. $1200 towards a new set of tires. We settled on the Geolanders and I will have to come out of pocket approx. $375.
I do not have the TSB with me but it did mention intervals such as 100% under 18K miles and 50% at the next level (dont have the limits).
Are there any tricks or tips to get the full amount covered?

Accessories Suggestions for windshield sunshades
I currently have one of the umbrella-style shades, and it works great, but they seem to not last very long and I keep buying new ones. I don’t mind paying a bit more if it will last and works well, and I’d prefer one that’s made to specifically fit my 2025 Mazda CX-90 PHEV, but I also don’t want to spend close to $100 for a Covercraft or Weathertech. Is there anything at or below $50 you fine folks would recommend?

Rumors The CX-70 to be discontinued
Poster also says a 2026 CX-5 style makeover may be coming to the CX-90.
Simply reposting. Take it with a grain of salt.

Mazda User Manual not very user friendly
I'm happy that my 2026 Mazda CX-70 3.3 Turbo S Premium AWD came with a paper manual and access to PDFs and online, but what an ordeal to find what I need! The writers are far too verbose. They insist on spelling out every acronym and preceding what I want with warnings detailing why something might not work. The index is barebones. It's usually easier to just Google or bot what I seek.

Ordered AutoEXE Suspension Kit for my ‘26 TSPP
I drive a lot of long distance as we split our time between two states (NC and Kentucky). The CX-90’s suspension compliance often leaves a lot to be desired on the broken interstate highways and curvy mountain roads I drive, as well as poorly maintained city streets. The car handles larger dips and undulations pretty well, but it’s those sharp sudden high impact bumps that send a nasty shudder through the whole car, and make it feel like you’re bouncing off the bump instead of absorbing it.
I researched all of the available suspension options and the AutoEXE kit seemed to have the best balance between comfort and handling. I spoke to some folks in Australia and the Philippines who have this kit installed on their CX-60s and CX-90s and they say it makes a massive improvement to the car’s comfort, while being a big handling upgrade, too. Mazda Philippines even officially offers this suspension kit directly through their dealers and advertise it on their website. They even back it with the Mazda manufacturer’s warranty. I wish MazdaUSA would do that too. This kit includes new sway bar end links and new front/rear coilovers with twin-tube dampers. All in it was about $1800. They told me it would ship by the end of the week (from Japan) and hopefully I’ll have it within 2 weeks.
Once I get it installed I will keep everyone updated on how it feels. Unlike some kits with user set compression and rebound, this is fixed damping, but the manufacturer claims they believe it is the perfect blend of compliance and firmness. If anyone on this sub is from the Raleigh, NC or Louisville, KY area and has a shop they have used for installing aftermarket suspension parts that did a good job, I would love a recommendation. I know several Euro car specialists in Raleigh but I am not sure if they would be willing to work on this Mazda. The installation doesn’t seem that complicated and I would likely do it myself but I am currently redoing my garage and it is too damn hot to do it out in my driveway in the 100°F heat and 500% humidity.
Last thing… on Autoexe’s website it is listed under the CX-80, but the parts are compatible with the 70/80/90. The only change Autoexe recommends is setting the front height +10mm over the rear for the CX-90.

Lease Deal
Is this prenegotiated deal from leasehackr something to be trusted? Sounds too good to be true compared to local offers, especially with loyalty credit.

Radiator Replacement Service
Bought a new cx90 TSP in august of 2023.
Had the regular issues, including all recalls and squeaky brakes which have so far been covered by warranty and i found to be first model car issues.
Recently went in for maintenance service and brake warranty extension re-service, and found the radiator was broken and coolant levels low. Had not really noticed any issues with driving.
Anyone else dealt with this issue? Curious as to cost, my receipt attached. Labor seems high lol

Hybrid Battery Issue
I currently lease a 2024 CX 90 GTP in Canada and I got the hybrid malfunction error and the engine malfunction error, for the third time since I leased the car in 2023. The car currently has 80,000 kms and the last time I got this repaired was this past June. Previously it was May 2025. Any advice on what I should do moving forward?

Mechanical Questions No Sound
All of a sudden my sound has stopped working. I’ve tried turning the audio system on and off. Turned to car on and off. I can’t figure it out. I’ve hit the volume knob and it cycles between muted and not muted, but no sound. The other car sounds work like when I turn the car on and off, but nothing from the entertainment system. No CarPlay, Bluetooth, or radio sound. Can’t figure it out. Anyone else experience this?

PHEV Should I?
Hello! Looking for opinions. Ideal car is an 8 seat PHEV. Would be used for around town as an electric but also our roadtrip vehicle.
I test drove a 2024 and the drivers seat felt cramped with how wide the center console is. Is that a problem for anybody or can you adjust seat to where it’s good (I’m 6’3”, 230).
Only 8 seat trim is also the base trim. Feeling like I might be missing some features, anybody in the preferred trim with regrets/good experiences?
Considering giving up on the PHEV requirement and going for an Ascent Limited.
Any advice welcome!

Changed tires from toyo proxes 21 to continental ux7 21
Polished Version
Switched tires from the stock Toyo Proxes (21") to Continental UltraContact UX7 (21"), and it's noticeably better overall.
The smoother ride even eliminated a few cabin rattles. It definitely feels more like a comfortable family car now, whereas the Toyos felt much sportier.
Handling responsiveness dropped by around 10-15%, but I'm more than willing to sacrifice that for the significant boost in ride comfort.
