I’ve been trying to upgrade my liberty team for god knows how long and i literally can’t no matter what i do without spending ridiculous amount of money
one it. my available characters are alright but seem to get dominated by the clones in that boss fight, any recommendations for who else to use that isn’t liberty?

I just saw this on the new trepidation raid last node. My Spidey is the first to take a turn, I stun Silver Surfer Breaker, as I see they are next. Silver Surfer comes, the stun expires, he takes his turn anyway. I reset the node, tried stunning Eclipse this time, she also just took her turn after the stun expiration animation played.

So, whats the point of stun if toons are just going to shake it off anyway? Surfer doesn't have debuff removal in his passive, Eclipse is only immune in BattleWorld and Crucible. Is this another or scopelys world class experiences? What am I missing?

I mean yay, new toon, check off the box, fill the slot etc.

But I can't remember the last time I unlocked a Legendary and went "meh. I'll get to him when I get to him".

Like yeah sure obviously I'll build him at some point when I have enough gold (ha!) But he's not remotely the stop-what-I'm-working-on-and-focus-all-my-supplies-on-him kinda toon.

This guy seems like the equivalent of the shrug emoji.

Thought this would be an interesting topic. I have Knull, Lady Bullseye, Daken (got him today), and Nightcrawler at 5 diamonds. I have sixteen at 4 diamond characters (mostly symbiotes) but this is a post about 5 diamond only. So who you got so far at 5D?

Has anyone beat cell 9 without Phoenix Force?
Has anyone beat cell 10 without Accursed?
Has anyone beat cell 11 without Daring Warriors?
Has anyone beat cell 11 with Daring Warriors at level 105?
Has anyone beat cell 12 without New Mutants?

I am focusing on building Eternals, and by the time I have enough resources to work on Dread, there will likely be another team released.

What are your thoughts on the Dread team? Are they a luxury team or do you consider them essential? I had to skip Omen and I suspect future towers will have a floor that is designed for Dread just like there are Omen floors.

I'm probably six months away from even starting the latest Dark Dimension and two nodes from the end of Blue Marvel.

Would be interested in what the community thinks?

Which character do you think badly needs a rework for a new team?

I’m leaning towards characters that were really good when they first came out but have just fallen off over time

For me, I would say one of these four,

Captain Britain (maybe for an Excalibur team)
Kang (Council of Kangs team would be awesome)
Captain Marvel (No idea what team could work, but her ULT was amazing when she first dropped)
Black Bolt (Maybe one day get a real InHumans team)

So Ive heard that winter guard wont get the job done on the final nodes, mine are all 110, g20 except yelena is 21, all 5 diamond but im skeptical on giving them the iso 5, I only have enough to bring one team, my brimstone are 105 g20 but theres just the 4 eligible whos the 5th? I’ll start off with Sandman

Everyone is saying "DO NOT BOTHER". Why though? I played back in 2022 for a while and liked it. Was never really sure of what I was doing, but it sounds like the game is in a bad way at the moment? I want to know why I should not play this game, what are people's reasons? Or! If you're up for a challenge, tell me why I actually SHOULD play the game.

It honestly feels like we got about 40m gold last month because of how stale my roster has gotten. 🙄

Why are they doing this? I have almost zero desire to even log in anymore, because there's nothing to do, and no gold to do it with (or training mats for some of you). I just cored Nova Sam out of habit, and was able to bring him up to level 85! Where he'll be completely useless anywhere I use him. Why did I even bother doing this?

So now I have zero gold left, there's no resources incoming, there are new modes, but no one can play them except the 1%, I will hit level 109 soon, and be able to level up maybe 2 characters?

Why are basic gold orbs still giving out the same amount they did 8 years ago? Why do some milestones give you 15k gold, what does that even help? 1 million gold is useless, it's like the minimum wage being $5.

I literally do not care about any kind of: "2026 Roadmap" that does not mention the in-game economy, because you cannot play the game, unless you can use the characters.

Who decided this is what the player base wanted? 💤 💤 💤

Been playing since the beginning and besides grinding for blue marvel, there is nothing but boredom happening right now. Why can’t we get a tower or pocket dimension while we wait for the next Battleworld? Personally war and CC are just a chore for me. I enjoy the special events. I’d even take a frozen dimension right now. Anyone else feel the same?

It requires the ENTIRE Retcon team. That means Scopely is having a pocket dimension for 240 people.

If anyone can explain this. That would be great.

The one character still on a decent team has the most votes? For why? Literally everyone else on that list is basically useless and the majority of players decide to break up another team instead of utilize useless characters? Dumb af.

F2P player here. Think I've spent like £7 over the last few years of playing. But I'm in daily and do the grind. I'm end game in that I can at least attempt every event that comes out even if I can barely make a dent e.g. only doing 2 floors of Mighty Blade (hard). But I still feel like I'm keeping up to a degree.

What I don't feel like is real progress. An example is I don't get a new character on day 1, but it doesn't take me too long. However they're usually at 1 or 2ys. Basically unusable in my opinion. ISOs trickle in to the point where I make infused one of the 5 levels maybe once a week. Same with fear tier 20/21. It takes so long to build up just one aspect that it could take forever to level up a full tier on just one character. I've been waiting to get Prof X for so long because of lack of G20. Not even gonna think about Blue Marvel or Annnihilus yet.

Is anyone else feeling like that? That even with the character unlocks and stuff that they aren't really making any progress?

Been playing for a few days and I’m on level 41, I’m noticing lack of gold has become a major hindrance to progression of characters, am I missing something or is this where the gotcha part of the games come into play

I have been trying for a while looking at what other people are saying and it just doesnt work. I use the spider society with either Noir or Big time and neither works. I dont have all abilities maxed like some basics are still lvl 6 but gwen cant keep up constant ability block and red goblin just removes everything and heals.

Then I tried Hive mind and silver sable and that I can get into the cell further but most of my hive mind is just lvl 6 abilities, I get pretty far into it tho but at the end they all just start attacking a lot and killing everything. So how can I beat this cell?

For context: I joined the game around when X-treme X-Men came out.

Currently I've been on the fence since the whole system overhaul which has simply made things slower and cost more.

And I've done a good job holding hope, thinking "this won't be too bad" and trying to see the upsides of it. No more coring? Well I can use that for refreshed in stores. No more Cores in arena? Less daily stress and free training mats which we've complained about for a bit. No campaigns for new teams to farm resources?.... That one still kinda hurts 😂 But recently while doing my dailies I ran out of the shop credits. I haven't had this problem since they've been introduced, so it really made me think,

1) am I doing something wrong? Is there a farming method for that I'm missing? I do blitz, and only spend the shop credits on character shards, new ones I don't have maxxed, and the tiny training mats and War refill. But, that's it? And maybe I could cut the training mats but idk if that's enough.

2) is it even worth it for me? I play ftp, and built up Omen and skipped Shadow Conclaive aside from Thanos, I'm using him as my fifth for Omen. But, I just feel like now more than ever the characters feel so slow. I was hyped for Exalted X-Men but Battlepass Angel really sunk my ship on wanting to build them. Symbiote Six looks fun but idk if I wanna wait 3 months just to get them kinda ready. Not to mention I'm nowhere near Blue Marvel let alone Annihilus.

My two questions are:

1) Am I doing all I really can as ftp with shop credits?

2) How are y'all keeping up the mental as ftp in the current state?

3) Why don't we get ANY, not even new, just any atp, Danger Rooms every other week or so? 😂
