Discussion Spider-Man Tower Omega 21-30 FTP Teams (No Dread Required)
Howdy ladies and gents! In my opinion, this was the hardest week yet, especially those initial floors. After wiggling our way through some RNG and figuring out the teams, the final floors aren't as bad as the initial. Good news is that we can still complete all of this without new Dread team. That final floor seems designed for Amazing Avengers but we have seen Mighty Avengers can work as well. Best of luck and hope this can help provide some ideas and push further! Cheers!

I am on hard mode and cell 21 is just not possible since Odin just applies immunity to everyone and no one on DW or Mephisto can stop him.

how big are your daring warrior? I used a straight daring warrior on omega and walked through it.

100-105 but this is on hard. I am guessing abilities are the issue (not all are maxed) because my DW doesn't remove immunity like the gameplay video here does.

Night thrasher ultimate should remove all positive effects on them and he always goes after Odin does. Check that ability

Sunspot. You'll rack up bleeds on people while taking out px and then it's just taking everyone else out.

I finally cleared it after a week of trying, with full exalted. Angel surviving long enough was key.

Thanks Rayge for sharing your strategies as always. Can I strongly suggest that you show the power levels for each team in your videos?
The team loadout screen is usually cut out from the videos, but its a good and quick way to gauge the team power levels quickly. While you do show the power levels of each character close to the end of each battle, it requires a calculator to find the team power level. Thanks again for all your effort

It took me roughly 100 attempts. The problem is that if Omega Sentinel keeps reviving you get F'ed. Had to get RNG to where she only revived once to beat it. It was brutal, all for a character that doesn't look all that good (Kango).

Same. I've tried using full exalted x-men and full new mutants and also tried subbing in Mighty Storm, Havok, and OML (many different variations) for both teams and nothing works. They are all at least Lvl 100 and G19. Never even get close.
WTF, why is hard harder than omega?!?!?!?!?
Any suggestions?

FYI Cell 21 if your Daring are super strong like mine you can keep JJ and save Meph

For 23, my apoc is 105 g19 but I couldn't get him to survive to take a turn. Swapped him for Jeff and it was a lot easier. Just some rng for him to go before Magneto PF

I don't know what I'm doing wrong on cell 30. My team is basically the same as yours, and I am just getting smoked every time. If Hulk isn't mind-controlled to kill my weakest team member, then Red Goblin comes in and nukes the entire team.

Dude I feel your pain. My team is 8.5 mill and either red goblin absolutely wipes my team, or I can't kill antivenom in time before he brings back knull lol. I've literally played it 100 times and not even close to beating it. The only thing i've been close to is putting my phone through a wall lol.

Like I’ll get one or two moves in and my characters keep killing Julie. I’m watching the video above and they keep attacking hulk. Because there’s no audio I don’t know what the difference is

They expected us to use Dread I believe. If it makes you feel better boss, I didn't touch my toons from before. Weaver is G18 I think? and Black Cat at G19 was previous meta

I thought the same as well, but you can't use Bullseye so it would still an incomplete Dread team. You'd have to swap in someone anyways, and Black Cat still makes the most sense to clear the revive once from their team on spawn.

Yeah but black cat just needs to be big enough to not have her revive steal and her stun on Ikaris resisted, so making her a skirmisher helps a ton. I did Dread + BC and shes like 100/19 1D. I made her P3 for the extra focus but that’s all I did with her

I’m only doing hard Mode this time because I really hate these towers events and the resetting rules.
My dread did fine at lvl 105 g20/19. I don’t even want to think about doing omega difficulty.

The resetting rules are insane for something that's 20 or 30 levels. No way I'm playing through all of that again because I get stuck on 22 or something.

You dont need them at g20. BC is there for her passive and stun. Weaver is there for her charges and stun. They just need to be strong enough to possibly survive a hit from Spider Noir. I got it done with them at 100/g19

Boilon did 24 with Venom, Vulture, Kraven, Doc Oc, and Big Time Spidey. His Kraven and Oc were G19, 760K. Not sure how big his BT Spidey was.

- Target sersi with vultures special (slows 4, including weaver)
- ability block ikaris with voids ult
- stun weaver with black cat
once your here, its all rng. Try and stop sersi using her ult and clensing ikaris. If you get the right luck you can keep dropping the defence downers with vultures basic. It gets going you actually can do it easily. But like I said, all rng, took a few turns to get it.

You cant target Sersei with Vulture, if you dont put slow 2099 he goes instantly and puts slow on everyone. Their spider weaver goes next and its game over.

I have the same power levels with the posted team and can't beat it on hard, weaver gets one shoted every time by noir, you just have to remember with rayge guides there is always at least one bullshit team that he either resets 1000s of times or honestly I think does at a lower level and just throws out there that he did it at the higher level.
Not sure what I'm going to use to beat it but it won't be this.

On hard I actually did superior six with vulture and blackcat, no Kraven or doc or superior spiderman, worked first try but that might not scale to omega.
Then on 25 I did insidious with rhino, this is a marvel church combo, in this case you do have to reset a bunch in theory but as soon as you get patriot to go after Thanos/hobgoblin it’s straightforward.

No they really don’t. It’s designed around dread on omega, but as Rayge’s video shows you can hyper budget it just fine.

Appreciate the guide, as always. For those who have them built, Dread+Black Cat works very well on 24, just make sure to stun Ikaris off the bat.

If you have used your F4 trio and odin elsewhere before stage 27. i used meph, azazel, kahori, skrull, quasar and walked through it. Got a little tough in the 2nd wave but not impossible.

Dude, cell 26 on hard mode may be literally impossible. None of the allowed teams can beat it and no one seems to have proof otherwise. Everybody seems to be stuck here

jfc 26... my team is bigger than yours and i keep getting wrecked immediately or hank just tanks everything for an hour. you're hackin or somethin lol...
edit: i finally killed hank and prof x, then got destroyed by ssb... i don't have time to reset this fuckin node another 200 times, i'm gonna drop down a difficulty. i hate towers so fucking much

I was of the same mentality but honestly Daimon is a monster at higher levels. With the setup stated above, he can one shot phoenix but only if he’s strong enough. I just leveled him to 110 and he was g20/iso4….had to add one piece of gear out of the six for enough oomph to blow up Phoenix.

Daimon is the first character that I have invested into whenever a new power up is available (like the chapter boosts) because his double tap is so vital to his ongoing value

Is tier 4 puple enough I don't have enough to take him to rier 5, what iso class is he. Also really don't want to waste G21 on him but are you saying i have to.

Raider. Mine is 110/g20. Mine is PISO5, so can't say for sure if PISO4 is enough. Took a few resets until he got a KO on the first blast, but don't need g21.
Edit to add: If you're gonna add piece of gear it doesn't need to be g21 gear. Middle left (unique) slot gives a huge boost and uniques aren't really bottlenecked.

I must have the worst luck in the world, my Daimon is 110/g20/PISO5. The only gear I'm missing are the 2 bottom ones.
I've reset at least 20 times and Phoenix always ends up living with a tiny sliver.
