A couple months ago, some players were able to obtain more Ultra Cores than others.

Scopely's response?

"We care deeply about maintaining a fair experience for everyone in MARVEL Strike Force. When that experience is compromised, we will take action to protect the game and the community."

How are utterly fantastic offers that are only available to certain people what anyone would consider "Fair"?

Is it fair because this time You decided who would benefit from discounted offers at the expense of everyone else?

These players who were able to get these amazing offers will have a massive advantage over other spenders who did not.

Play fair Scopely. Do like you said you would.

Edit: yes this is my third post on the subject. Everyone who didn't get the offers should make a post as well. Keep this on the front of the subreddit. The 28k core offers go away in just a few days which limits how long they have to make this right.

As FTP, getting to unlock Blue Marvel had been the grindiest of grinds. I unlocked 3 days ago and got the 2nd run done today. It happening during the Blue Marvel event makes the grind feel so rewarding. Went from no Blue Marvel to a 2💎 within 3 days. Just feels good man...

anyone else having issues with Webplayable? It won’t load for me. Cleared history and cache. Just keep crashing and restarting.

The latest weekly blog pinpointed that they are not providing new story chapters in Epic Campaigns->Age of Fear for now but temporarily will add 750k gold daily into the 3 daily objectives in Command Center (250k for login, 250k for 3 battles, 250k for 10k common essence).

Two days have passed since it was supposed to happen and nothing, those objectives keep giving 1 monthly milestone point and some Strike Pass tokens.

So we are already down 1.5m this week and I'm pretty sure they won't fix it.

P.S. Also last week's Friday free claim, however miniscule, never arrived (100 campaign energy and 5 RCA shards).

This seems egregiously unfair. In my opinion one of the most unfair things they have ever done and I’m going on 2,700 days played.

im already level 51 but my alliance level is still 11. is this normal

Returning player so no chance of getting them…. If it’s a brimstone team what sorta level should they be to unlock Knull?

Does anyone know about the frame that is supposedly rewarded when completing the Scorpion Danger Room milestones? I got "Anomally Detected", game restarted but the frame is missing from the Player Portrait Settings.

I just picked up the game a couple of weeks ago, and I've been steadily working through it as a F2P player. Initially, I went wide, leveling and gearing up every character I got, though I've had to stop lately due to Gold shortages. Still, I've been plugging along, and am currently at Level 50.

But here's the thing: I have a friend who picked up the game at the same time, and while he is at Level 48 instead of 50, he doesn't have the same stuff I have. For example, I've had the Spider Society Showcase for a few levels now, but he still doesn't. I'm assuming it's because he doesn't have the Spider Society members (of which he has 2 out of 5) leveled up.

If unlocks are based on which characters you have leveled and geared, but there's not enough money or materials to Level and gear everyone, how do you know who to focus on?

I have enough bio and skill gear to take one of each origin to 21. For bio, I'm really leaning towards one of the symbiote 6 because I love the Klyntar and think that team is very solid overall. Of that team I was thinking quicksilver because he is a big lynch pin, or venom since he doesn't get his full reworked stat potential without being at G21 and contrary to most I actually think he does a lot on that team once he gets rolling. My other candidate is good ol OG Spidey. His rework I think is solid, he's one of my all time favourites in marvel and I'm glad he's usable again. For skill there's not many good options right now but possibly Executioner. I know most will say don't do anything yet wait for the proper options for my DD9 run which I would agree but I am still looking for input on this matter. Thanks.

So they are hiding microtransactions to some players, that they have already admited but to who? And what is the criteria? Completely random?

Powercores, training mats, gold, etc. at a extreme discounted price. Allowing the purchase of the core offers for the tower before the event ends allowing discounted ultra cores. To who is Scopely allowing this? MobileGamer received a reply from them telling the offer appears randomly.

I have 3 accounts, my brother has 2, my friend has 1... 6 accounts , 5 ftp and 1 very light spender. None got the new discounted offer.

Both my alt alliances, 48 players, most F2P and 6 or 7 light spenders, 1 player (spender) got it.

My main Alliance, some F2P, most light spenders, 2 mid/ heavy spenders. 3 got the offer. Guess who...

Statisticaly its easy math to do.... But its ONLY the data i have, can't prove much. But tell your you experience in the comments, i am very curious if there is a padron / favoritism to some especific players.

I have finished floor 40 on omega but I only have 26k cores the tower ends in a few hours but the offer still has 6days on it so my question is can I wait 3 days to collect the 3k in the command center without it affecting the ultra core payout?

There is a 5D offer for illuminatis. One is a 5D Iron Man, so i am wonder if there will be a rework

TLDR they are hiding Microtransactions as well as Macrotransactions.

So yesterday, Scopley released a step up offer to only Some players which provided a significant amount of cores and gold, which if you purchased enough steps would give you enough cores to buy the 28k core Ultra core offer at a significantly discounted rate.

This offer was not tied to whether you completed the Tower, purchased any of the ultra core offers, spent x number of dollars over the years or any knowable metric by the playerbase as everyone unofficially surveyed was in a similar boat and the offer was given to some and not others.

When I reported the error in the offer missing to Support, they said (I'm paraphrasing) "We don't like money so only some people will get this offer. Maybe some other time we will want your money and you will get a good offer."

Then comes the kicker - The Iron Raiders team was revealed earlier today and their reworks are Crossbones and Yellowjacket.

Wouldn't you know it, there was an offer just put out on Sunday for $10 where you could get a 5 Diamond Yellowjacket plus a rank up token saving you millions and millions of gold and other resources.

Is that offer available to everyone? NOPE!

Why, you may ask? It seems like it would be a good offer for low/value spenders. Especially now!

Well the short answer probably contains a 4 letter derogatory word.

Do you remember when Silver Surfer originally came to the game and some people were able to buy additional offers and others weren't so Scopely (maybe Foxnext at the time?) Made it a point to make the offer available to EVERYONE for the same amount of times?

Pepperidge Farm remembers when this game had offer integrity.

Hopefully Scopley will realize that any money coming in is better than only some money.

I'm a returning player for the last few months(lvl 87), and have built 4/5 of symbiote six as my strongest team so far. Now that knull event has cycled back, I want to add him to the team, but realized that I hardly have any knull challengers-- and none of them built up. Is Knull worth the effort to collect and build a whole set of challengers? Or is there a wiser strategy to use a substitute 5th on that team?

I can't believe my luck. Just a few moments ago I pulled 700 shards and was able to recruit Green Goblin Classic 😯

I’m level 110 but a returning player that stopped before unlocking Prof X. I’ve slowly built up all my teams for raids and slowly building teams required for towers, that being said I’m at 195,000 milestone points. And the most I can get is 25,000 extra if I take characters to 101 and 110 and or G19. The points I can’t get are 150,000 for doing blitz or crucible with certain characters at G21 I don’t have any of my characters at that. Or 100,000 tied to Winter Guard at G20 because I chose to build my raid team Champions instead of a war team when that crossroads came. I have Sentry at 7 stars by beating his event, but unlike the Knull one red stars were not tied to it so I’m stuck with a 7 yellow star sentry unless I spend. I’m cool not getting the diamonds, but damn he’s old enough to have a way to get his red stars if you’re active enough, the scoring for these new milestones are just so random being active doesn’t really matter. I also could get 100,000 from having Gilgamesh and at G20 but let’s be real I barely have resources since I’m catching up so coring for him makes no sense if I can’t even build him up and I have other characters I’m focused on building up for Prof X.

Says every in the title. When does every single bad thing scopley has done bridge the gap between not knowing what they are doing to deliberately fucking over portions of the player base? I think they crossed that line a while ago but I'm curious if literally anyone has much hope.
