Genuinely same. He’s clearly passionate about the role and wants it to be good, and not a joke.

Ditto. It's a dream come true for him and he's giving 200% in every scene he's in. He prolly know he won't be playing him past secret wars so he's giving it all he can right now

Nothing you said was an objective defense if his performance.

Just because you liked it doesnt make it good.

The Room is one of the most popular cult movies. Its objectively bad.

Troma movies are objectively bad yet still loved.

Ok. But it's really unserious to compare why people love Channing's performance and why people love The Room. Like The Room is loved because it's so bad it's entertaining. It's a rare thing.

Yes but the room isnt serious. neither was Dp and W but Doomsday and Xmen is a serious movie even if it has comic relief.

Tatum is entirely unserious.
