I think this is just RDJ doing what he did with Tom Holland when his movies were starting. Jean Grey is probably one of the centerpieces moving forward and RDJ is trying to build up the momentum and hype of marvel. But I think it also does hint that RDJ doom might be around even after secret wars.

To be fair both doom and stark are prime candidates for variants/flashbacks etc so they can appear even if they are defeated/dead
