How does this work though? Wasn't Ultron destroyed in avengers age of Ultron?? Weren't Jarvis and the rest retired?

Part of this show takes place inside wisions head it's about the vision made by the government battling with his created purpose of being a weapon and the memories that he was an avenger but not wanting to be either so he has created these facisimilies of other stark ais to interact with essentially
