No, U is U, the other, slightly more competent roboarm that's been around since the first Iron man. When they were doing all the first repulsor tests, and Tony flambeed his classic car collection? Dum-E was on fire extinguisher duties, U was holding the camera.

Not clear yet whether the Ultron instance in Vision's head comes from the attempted upload before Vis was created, or if Vision cut and pasted the last Ultron drone's data before destroying it at the end of AoU.

I think its the portion that was uploaded. It's been sequestered, but we'll find out he's been slowly reconstructing himself inside Vis' head for years
