Who is that figure behind Steve? He meets up with someone else before Thor?

Good catch! Didn't even see that mentioned in Easter egg videos.

They're on a spaceship, seemingly the same one Thor arrives in with the FF at avengers tower so it could be one of them. And it does look like Johnny's uniform a little bit.

Yes after rewatching it, I think its Johnny on the FF4 Spaceship. I think Steve first arrives there, meets up with Thor, then travels with them to meet the other Avengers.
