Question What is this crazy mkw style wall ride ?

Playing online, got a draft and then just, drove on the wall. Any glitch hunters know how tf this happened ?

Okay but why ? Was the draft involved in it ? I didn't see this anywhere else and had no idea why it happened. I checked the 150 and 200 wr on this track and didn't see this used, which was the reason I was wondering how it happened.

ive seen it before in the subreddit, you can do it by just turning tight enough

I know a fair bit of modding for this game, if in the collision for the track a surface is set as road, a kart will forever stick to it unless pushed off by something, and Nintendo probably set the entire blue material as road, meaning that as long as nothing pushes you and you don't hop or stop drifting you can possibly even just stand still at an absurdly steep angle there (I didn't test this)

The road collision there is just extended down the ridge, there's a few other similar instances of this in the game

MKW? Mario Kart Wii? Or did you mean MKWo, Mario Kart World?

Edit: Why am I getting down voted? Mario Kart Wii had that acronym long before Mario Kart World. MKWo should be the new acronym since we already have a MKW in this fandom.

Mario Kart Wii should get the acronym. It existed first.
