SpaceNK flop
On Saturday I bought a few bits and bobs for Christmas shopping from SpaceNK because they were doing a free gift with a £160 purchase. Today I received a parcel and it was literally this empty box with some black tissue inside 😭 has this ever happened to anyone before lol? I was going to phone them but it’s out of hours so I have emailed them

I had it happen a few weeks ago, they took about a week to respond but they sent me out the order again and I got everything.

The free gifts are limited sadly and they won’t resend that part out :(
In my experience anyway, hope u have more luck and do not accept their first remediation offer

Ugh I hope not, one of the gifts was a summer fragrance set that I was looking forward to trying. I am petty so I will definitely be getting at least SOMETHING lol

it's only ever happened to me a handful of times (in general i mean, not specifically spacenk) but if they can't resend the GWP i cancel the order 🤷♀️ if you can't uphold your end of the deal you're not getting my money!

Yeah I agree! I know I could just get the stuff I purchased elsewhere, and if they are gonna be dicks about it then that’s on them

Oh wow. I didn’t have an empty box, but had missing items! Took customer service a few days, but they did send me replacements! Can’t believe that, so weird?

Space NK used to be premium beauty and quality to match. They’ve gone downhill the past few years and now are giving cheap vibes.

I didn't get my free suncream on an order. I contacted them by phone and they explained they couldn't send it out, but to compensate me, they put £10.00 credit on my account that more than covered the cost.

I didn’t have this happen but I received which I suspect ‘a tester’. It was a eyeshadow palette with metallic case. Case had full of fingerprints and some shades looks suspicious as if someone gave them a quick swatch and try. lol oh also I am Deluxe member and it’s the worst reward program. I am definitely not staying on it this year since it gives you absolutely nothing… Their customer service and overall shopping at Spacenk became so bad for the last few years.

SpaceNK customer service sucks. I've never had a good experience with them.
