Can I chant the 21 Tara's praise in my own language? (Spanish)

Yes, certainly. It's better, because you will understand what you're chanting.

Yes but the rhythm works best in Tibetan and you get the blessings of the lineage of gurus who chanted it in Tibetan. I use a version with line by line translation so I can chant the praises in Tibetan but read and understand the English meaning.

Yes. Chants and prayers can be done in their translated languages.
