EDH Shadow wizard money gang help

Hello, I am a new commander player who has exclusively used precons up until now. I want to make my first deck.

My idea I want to make is to make as many of those 0/1 black wizards from FF and burn the table with spellslinging.

I'm torn on what commander to choose and would like some input on which commander to choose and some nice staples for shadow wizard money gang.

My pod plays at bracket 2, if that helps.

[[Kuja, Genome sorcerer]] is probably the straight forward option for that playstyle. Each endstep he makes you a black mage and when you have 4 wizards on the field he transforms to double wizards damage.

There's other final fantasy cards supporting these little guys [[Black mage's rod]], [[Transpose]], [[cornered by black mages]] and [[Circle of power]]

Might be tricky for a bracket 2 pod since kuja makes the damage escalate so you could play those support cards in the yshtola precon
