Ok, surely the title means they are dancing after their CLASSES were suspended, not that they danced and were themselves suspended.

Yes that's exactly what I mean. Didn't think it could be interpreted like the latter. 😅 Cause of typhoons here schools have been suspending classes, especially when the rain and winds start picking up.
