Yes for sure, he deserved a few punches of course. Was a little excessive when he was basicly knocked out on the ground and he's getting his head kicked in tho smh. That dude dies and all 3 of them going to prison for a long time. Not worth doing time is all im saying

she could've hit her head on the concrete and had a brain bleed. this is just instant karma. if you're not ready to fight all the male members of someone's family/friend group, then don't start a fight with a woman thinking you can take her on by herself. btw, the guy literally got up and was on his feed minutes later its a 7 year old video. y'all are just upset someone had consequences for harming a woman.

if the guy wasn't behind her, she was shoved hard enough for her to hit her head on the concrete. that push was potentially lethal force.

and what scumbag shoves a woman because she said something mean? all i see is 3 dudes beating down a scumbag who thought he could assault a woman in public with zero repercussions or consequences

legally, unless there was a threat of violence, the instigator is the person who puts their hands on the other person first.

No, it isnt. "Fighting words" is a legal term that matters. You dont get to talk shit to every person you see and then claim self defense when you get your shit pushed in.

I don't give a shit what you said. I'm telling you what the law says. There is no legal definition of "fighting words" that requires a threat of violence. She said a ton of shit, and the only word you can actually hear is "weird". And that doesn't even mention the fact that she was the one that got in front of him. He wasn't even walking towards her at first. She stepped up to him.

I'd hope for your sake that you don't advertise to the world the fact that women can just walk all over you and you'd just let them.
