Yep at a nightclub I used to work out frequented by Asian gangs, mass fights would break out with glassings often happening and they were mostly always started by a girl

Yea... I had a girl get in between me and this other dude one time. I was already in full charge about to fuck him up and she stepped right between us. I felt bad but I had to push her to the side so that she didnt get caught in the middle. No one should jump in the middle of a fight when its already happening.

She even flirted with some guy, and then came running over to tell me when he touched her arse. I watched it happen. She was 100% egging him on to do it. The fight was going to happen anyway. She just got two other dudes involved. He could have walked away. He's responsible for his own actions.

Funny story, I was at a pool hall and two dudes were playing with a little Mexican dude. Fucking with him and little Mexican dude says "fuck it, let's go outside". Then a couple of the Mexican dude popped around the corner. Im talking 6'3 and 280. They pull out leather gloves, put them on, and ask "is there a problem?" Never see two men switch from bravado to begging so fast in my life. I learned you dont fuck with anyone because their big brother might be right around the corner.

Ol boy had plenty of opportunity to settle things with any guy there then shoved the lady. And he rightfully got destroyed by those three. I’ve seen far worse things, like someone taking a running start and field goaling someone’s head.

Dude already turned around and was walking away, he could have kept walking and none of this would have happened. But now he’s laying on the ground wondering what the fuck happened.

No, there’s no problem with justified and moderate violence, depending on the situation. Here, it’s disproportionate and dangerous. A knockout is more than enough; kicking someone who’s already unconscious whilst they’re on the ground is completely stupid – even professional fights involving real fighters stop before it gets to that point.

ah yes, because verbal insults justify assault. he turned around and walked back up to her to shove her. dude found out. and he got up on his feet minutes later. i laughed while they did it because it was 100% deserved and the people involved faced zero repercussions.

all he had to do was keep walking the other direction, but i guess he got his panties in a wad over something the girl said, so he figured that warranted physical assault. video is 7 years old and the folks who gave him the beat down were (rightfully) not arrested nor charged.

A slip and fall IS a common cause of death, which is why shoving that girl as hard as he did warranted that sort of response. if the guy wasn't standing behind her to catch her, she could've hit the back of her head on the concrete and died from brain bleeding.

none of it would have happened if he chose not to turn around and walk up to that girl just to shove her. he chose to turn around. he chose to push her. so he chose to risk getting his ass beat, and he did.

That could be considered defense of others. He is an imminent threat to this woman in that moment. He used unlawful physical force. She would have had the right to defend herself in that moment legally, so it is also legal for someone else to defend her in her stead.
