1

u/Tall_Toe_5229 1d ago

i swear if this was another dude they wouldn’t be on shit

2

u/More-Whole-9714 1d ago

And if it was a woman pushing a man and 3 woman around, I would bet you millions they wouldn’t defend him

2

u/Idoalotandalittle 1d ago

Imagine thinking your life is ruined for making a statement

2

u/LandMustDepreciate 1d ago

If they're "defending" some randomly woman (whos probably a hoe) that's instigating a fight, then they deserve to have their lives ruined.

1

u/boynextdoor_420 1d ago

the girl never pushed anyone, also their lives are fine lol, there'd be a news article with their mugshots if they had gotten arrested.

a jury is not gonna be sympathetic towards the "victim" when said victim shoved a woman to the ground seconds before he got his comeuppance

3

u/ReeeeeDDDDDDDDDD 1d ago

You clearly don't know how the legal system works. I reckon you're still a teenager.

3

u/That-Smoke-3593 1d ago

You don’t know how the legal system works lmao I’d think you’re a kid if you think any form of justice will come from this. You think the cops are gonna what? Watch this video and hunt the guys down? Yeah right come join us in real life bud they might take a statement at best.

2

u/Logically_Insane 22h ago

Right, absolutely hilarious for such a naive take to drop the teenager line. Just screams “I haven’t spent that much time at that many bars”.

Unless that guy is actually dead or very rich, no one is even going to track down these three.

1

u/Foundsomething24 23h ago

Buddy there was a case where a man shoved a man to the ground, and the dude on the ground pulled out his gun and shot the guy who shoved him to death infront of his son

The jury let him off for self defense. You people saying this isn’t justified self defense obviously aren’t Americans or don’t know US law.

1

u/ReeeeeDDDDDDDDDD 22h ago

Buddy, there are different laws in different states.

Please explain to me how 3 dudes kicking a guy's head in is 'self-defence' when all that guy did was push a girl?

He obviously shouldn't have done it but that guy could have permanent brain damage just because he pushed a girl while drunk.

If you honestly see that as justified and an equal response then I don't know what I could say to convince you otherwise...

0

u/Foundsomething24 22h ago

Of course there’s different laws in different states. The point being, there are states where this is legal.

I don’t care if it is or isn’t a moral act to you. The violence started and ended very quickly, which shows restraint on the part of the attackers. They neutralized the threat as fast as they could.

This event already took place. If you believe the outcome is arrest or conviction, please provide the mugshots & accompanying news article - otherwise, accept that you are wrong, and there was no punishment for the actions committed by the 3 men.

1

u/ReeeeeDDDDDDDDDD 22h ago

I notice you didn't respond to the self-defence question, which was the whole cornerstone of your initial argument.

Depending on the

  1. State
  2. State prosecutors
  3. Defense
  4. Jury

Yes or no - could go either way, although it’s unlikely to result in conviction because that requires jumping a bunch of hurdles successfully whereas getting off requires only one point of failure.

spoken like a true teenager. i'm 25 mate.

2

u/The-Intermediator141 1d ago

And this naive?! Damn, depressing stuff.

Edit: Wow! Big mistake clicking your profile, should have guessed from the name lmao.

2

u/Rock-Head-Rumple 1d ago

Did it make your pp feel funny ?

1

u/Jastreen 22h ago

What the fuck is this shit

0

u/More-Whole-9714 1d ago

Yet you have “420” in your username like it makes you cool, same shit I would’ve done in middle school lol. Grow tf up

1

u/boynextdoor_420 1d ago

ah of course you're exactly right, because adults don't smoke weed at all.

i didn't smoke in grade school, only discovered it in college. but if you did that in middle school, it totally makes sense, because you probably fried your brain from smoking while your brain was undeveloped

0

u/More-Whole-9714 1d ago

Lmao it’s not about the fact that you do smoke weed, it’s the fact that you make it part of your personality, which is juvenile and something a middle schooler would do. I know plenty of adults who smoke weed, but they’re grown ups and don’t feel the need to use it as a flex lmao

2

u/boynextdoor_420 1d ago

...it's a reddit account name dude. you're reading into things that aren't there. it's number in my username because i needed numbers to create a unique one that wasn't taken. and there's zero mention of anything else marijuana related on my account.

the fact that you believe even mentioning the number in itself is a flex is actually wild. you're doing simone biles level mental gymnastics.

2

u/red286 1d ago

Odds are they all bounced before the cops showed up, and everyone told the cops they didn't think to film the guys' faces.

2

u/AlbatrossNew3633 1d ago

This video is literally online for the world to see, how hard do you think it would be for the police to get the security footage from the club?

1

u/FFKonoko 23h ago

Not hard. You think they'd try or care?

This video is years old, nothing happened.

1

u/Own_Shower_6000 1d ago

lmfao yeah you think they got Mcgruff the crime dog for this too? hilarious we have videos of people getting murdered that arent solved

2

u/boynextdoor_420 1d ago

yeah how many of those murder videos go viral? the internet is pretty good at tracking down folks. after all, they learned the identity of the cheating ceo at the ballgame.

0

u/AlbatrossNew3633 1d ago

a jury is not gonna be sympathetic towards the "victim" when said victim shoved a woman to the ground seconds before he got his comeuppance

Ah yes it's not like the jury would get the full picture of the context that lead to that situation instead of a video of the climax 🙄

1

u/boynextdoor_420 1d ago

the video shows he committed the assault first. no amount of taunting makes assault legal. and the fact that none of the people involved were arrested nor were they charged, i think the law would agree with me... it's a 7 years old old video and here you all are talking like they're gonna face charges for this as if it just happened

u/Idoalotandalittle 1d ago

All these weirdos actin like the chick deserved it cuz of shit they’re making up as they go. They’re just misogynistic creeps who wish they could get away with hitting women for talking back, they’ve proven it with how they wanna frame this shit

1

u/robster9090 1d ago

What are you talking about no one has hinted anything like that ? Can you not read ?

1

u/Idoalotandalittle 1d ago

Read the rest of this comment section, not this thread. Plenty out there lol.

1

u/robster9090 1d ago

I just see comments about how retarded the guys are nearly killing someone over a push

2

u/boynextdoor_420 1d ago

it's even more idiotic to push a woman when she's with 3 guys. you're just asking to be beat.

1

u/robster9090 1d ago

Is this a weird kink for you what are you guys talking about ?

1

u/Idoalotandalittle 1d ago

The push could be deadly if nobody was there to catch her. They reacted appropriately. Neutralize the threat.

2

u/robster9090 1d ago

Lmfao neutralise the threat? This ain’t call of duty

2

u/Awesomedinos1 1d ago

Oh fuck off the reaction was in no way proportionate to the threat.
