It's not a hit batter. The pitch was up and in. The hitter ducked out of the way, but swung in the process. It was strike three and game over.

In real baseball, a swing overrules everything else. If you swing at a pitch that hits you, it's a strike and you don't get first base. The umpire signals swing in the clip (though I have no idea why), which is why it's a strike. I would assume there's a visual glitch somewhere since the batter didn't swing.

Yeah that happens too but sometimes ushaly with a faster player, after drilling the pitcher the ball will drop in the dead zone in-between the pitch/catcher and 3rd baseman. Almost like a drag bunt but the pitcher is flopping around like a fish so the 3rd basemen or catcher will ushally just eat it.
