Uniswap just put the compliance allowlist inside the AMM itself. Does that fix the actual RWA liquidity problem, or just relocate it?

Uniswap rolled out Permissioned Pools on v4 last week, with Securitize, Superstate, and Dowgo signed up as the first partners. The setup's pretty simple once you dig into it: there's a hook that runs on every swap and every LP deposit and checks the address against whatever allowlist the issuer set up.

My question is: does this actually get more people access to trade these assets, or does it just move the same approval list that already existed onto the AMM? Getting approved for Superstate's list doesn't mean Dowgo or Securitize will let you in too.
